This one's for the kids who have hours of time to waste. Too much complexity. They kinda ruined a fun little game for the casual players. But for those with time on their hands, this is like getting a video game for free.
1. Boost your mana next time. It REALLY helps.
2. There is no gain from having towers dispersed on whole area - if they are in one place, the enemies will fall faster (which sometimes is important)

your not good, nobody should ever beat it like this.
This helped me so much, i got stuck on a lot of missions around this stage and just watching this video gave me strategies that are helping all over. You must do some more.
Its a good strat for the lvl. Having the towers placed around the map ensures that 2 3 or 4 gems won't attach the same weak monster thins them out as you go.
I also believe that spacing out the towers on this particular level is a horrible idea.
I maxed out tower builder and then built 8 towers next to each other at the bottom.
After the boss went through his first time, he was at 2000 HP.
Raise your MP limit at least once too. That way you don't have wasted MP and can also spend additional MP past 2000 (required to banish), or less if you leveled up the armour skill.
dispersing your towers can be a good thing cuz then u dont waste shots. often they attack the same guy and then the one who shoots second hits nothing
The first time I played this round I scored 15,000. I had a single row of towers all at the top. By the final round my I had cast the mana pool spell 26 times. The mana pool spell is much better than wasting skill points because it not only increases your total mana, but it multiplies all of your mana AND score gains.
I also cast an average of 4 angers PER WAVE. at least 5 on each of the boss waves. More anger = more monsters = more mana. you should be just on the verge of leaking every level. when a gem is sitting in a tower not attacking, you are wasting mana potential.

that lvl is really easy...i killed him 1st way through i just put like 5 or 6 strong towers in the row where there is red, blue, and green in the vid i used no mana pool or anger...too easy =/
