1. go left - click fridge freezer - get the fish
2. in the fridge, click right drawer (3rd from bottom) - get cake (?)
3. use cake and cook in the microwave - get triangle thing inside the microwave
4. click middle drawer (the one under the faucet) - get towel
5. use towel and click the faucet to wet the towel
6. go right (room with the window) - use towel to wipe window - click to get crowbar
7. on the same window - click pin on the window (2nd line from bottom)
8. use pin to open basket (?) to the right of the table - get the red scarf
9. go left (the scene with the cat) - click bottom left edge of stereo - get screw driver
10. click the figurine to the left of the window - get the green hat
11. go left 2x - the room is the one with figurines on the table - click the cabinet until some kind of instructions is shown - click again
12. use the red scarf on the third guy (the one holding a fork hehe) - click on the item and click again to go back selection
13. use the crowbar (i realized it's not a crowbar hehe) - click the hermit left to the guy from no. 11 - get the item and click again to go back selection
14. use the gray triangle on the guy to the bottom of the hermit - click the item
15. use green hat on the hermit (bottom left of the screen) - get item and go back menu
16. use fish the guy with a fishing rod (bottom right of the screen) - get item orange fish and go back to the room
17. go the kitchen - use screw driver to screw the handle of the drawer (bottom of microwave)
18. click top cupboard - get yellow item
19. go back previous room (table with figurines) - use the yellow item on the last guy left - get item and go back menu
20. go to the room where the cat is - use fish to feed cat - when the cat leaves, get paintbrush
21. go right 2x - use paintbrush on the blank board (left of the cabinet) - take not e of 2
22. go the kitchen - click middle utensil (green handle) - take note of 4
23. go back to the room where the cat was - input number combination 724 - click ok to open cabinet - get red item
24. go right 2x - use red item and click on the top of the red item on the table and finish!

-From your inventory look at the hammer head. Select the wooden stick and click on the hammer head to make your hammer. Close it from your inventory.
-Turn left twice.
-Click on the table. Click on the lighter on the left side. Select candle from the inventory and click on the lighter to light it. Click the up arrow to return back.
-Turn right once.
-Click on the grey thing on the top shelf. Put your candle under the plate with chocolate. Click on the chocolate. Take the key. Click back.
-Turn left.
-Click on the table. Click down arrow for drawers. Select the key. click on the second drawer. Open it. Take the wrench. Click back.
-Click up arrow once. Then click right arrow. Click on the desk lamp. Select wrench, click on the lamp base to unscrew it.
-Click on the desk lamp to turn it. Click back once, then up arrow once to leave the table view.
-Open the bottle from your inventory. click once to run it. Select hammer and click the bottle again to get the blue marble.
-turn left once.
-Click on the right of moose (so it is to your left). Select the blue marble and put it in moose's right eye.
-Turn left
-Click on the colored box at the top shelf. Note the colors :green, purple, light blue
-Turn left twice.
-Click on the table, then down arrow to get the drawers view. Click on the bottom drawer. Click on the box, and push the buttons of the colors you noted from the box on top shelf. Push the lid of the box. Take the orange marble inside. Click back. Click up arrow twice to leave the table view.
-Turn left
-Click the left of moose (so your right). Put the orange marble instead of its left eye.
-Turn left twice.
-Click on the table below. Note thr triangle number (20).
-Click the (now blue) button on the wall. Press the button. Enter code combining the hint from red books and the numbers you noted:253
-Open the safe. Take paper.
-Open the paper from your inventory, select pen, click on the paper to fill it. Close it from your inventory.
-Click on the white box. Select the paper. Click on the top slot. Take key that just came out from the bottom slot.

1. get the key from the purple bag at the left of the entrance
2. get the toy gun by clicking thru the toys
3. get the blue cap by clicking the right curtain at the door at the terrace
4. open the bedroom cabinet by using the key from the bag
5. inside the bedroom - get the cat food from the top section in the cabinet
6. inside the bedroom - click on the blue box at the middle left section in the cabinet and get the battery
7. inside the bedroom - click on the first drawer in the cabinet and get the battery
8. inside the bedroom - click on the picture near the window and get the paper(?)
9. click on the hole on the left of the picture and put the paper(?) inside it to get the key
10. to where the cat is - pour on the cat food and click on the cat. then get the screw
11. close the entrance door by using the blue cap (from #3) and get the masks to form a punch
12. to where the punch gun is - use the gun, the punch (from #11), the screw, and the two batteries to assemble it
13. open the window at the terrace by using the key
14. go back to where the punch gun is and use the cap (from #3) to lock the punch gun
15. use the punch gun and click on the cat in the terrace to get the passport

I've found this walkthrough that I have to try from escapegames24.com - thanks to user 'zoz' who posted a Spring Key Walkthrough.

Spring Key Walkthrough / Spring Key Cheats

first ending:

1. click on door and go out. You've just made the fastest escape in escape game history!

second ending:

1. go left to scene with couch. click under couch to get a note with a grid on it. Notice the pink "S" on the couch leg. click on table, right front leg near bottom, and get long stick with hook on the end. Notice the vaguely menacing photo of cat on wall.
2. go left to window scene.
3. skip window for now and continue left to desk scene. click on right side of desk by wall and get paper - it appears to be blank (but we know better, heh, heh) open bottom right drawer and take chain. click on the desk clock and note the brown "A". click on plant to left of desk and notice there is a white "W" that appears to be reflected on the side of the desk.
4. continue left to fireplace scene. click just below opening to fireplace and look up at the blue sky (odd, since it's snowing outside the window, but, oh, well). take white note on chimney wall, then back out of fireplace. click on the cup on the mantle, just above the cup's top, and take lighter. Now, look at the note you got from the chimney.
5. Want to end this all now? then go back to the scene with the photo of the cat and click on the hanger where the "X" in the note indicates. The photo falls down revealing a red button on the wall. Press the button and you'll hear a click. Go back to the fireplace and look in the chimney again. Now you'll see steps have appeared jutting out from the inner wall of the chimney. Climb the steps/ladder and exit into a snow scene.

Third ending:

1. Don't climb out of the fireplace (after all, we know you can just walk out the front door any time). Instead, go left to scene with a blue box on a shelf on the wall. You can't open the box yet because you haven't found the code. However, you can see a chain hanging from the ceiling. You can use the hook you found under the couch to pull the chain. Pull once, and it comes partly down, setting you up for ending number three. Pull twice, and you pull it completely out, meaning your only option is the fireplace exit or ending four. So for now, just pull once.
2. go left to scene with shelving unit. There is paper on the right middle shelf. Take the paper and go back to the fireplace. Put the paper in the fireplace and set fire to it using the lighter. So much for getting out through the fireplace, now! Take the "blank" piece of paper you found beside the desk and hold it in front of the fire. Aha! A code appears! This is your clue to open the blue box.
3. go left one scene and click on the blue box. You'll see that there are numbers on the top and that three of the numbers are zeros and can be changed. Change these numbers so that each horizontal row adds up to 24. For the math challenged among us, that's "9" on the first row, "8" on the second row, and "7" on the third row. Click the handle (not the box) and it will open, revealing a lightbulb. Probably a very expensive lightbulb since it was locked in a box with a code.
4. Go left again to the shelving unit. Click on the blue fish-looking thing on the center bottom shelf. If you can figure out anything to do with it, I'd love to know. Click on the books and look at the demonic red figure just above the books. Click on it and note the blue "S" on its base. Click on the green book and note the numbers on the left page and the yellow star on the right page. This is another clue to be used with the blue box. Write these numbers down, as you can't take the book with you.
5. Click on the lamp on the left middle shelf. Click it again and the shade moves, then click on the shade again and you'll see it has no lightbulb. But, wait! YOU have a lightbulb! What are the odds of that?! Put the lightbulb in the lamp, back up, click on the lamp again and turn the switch on. You won't see anything.
6. Go left and turn off the room lights by clicking on the switch next to the door.
7. Go right and notice that the lamp has a blue light shining from it. It's very important at this point that the lamp shade is in the right position, not the left position. You have to get the shade positioned, THEN turn on the lamp, THEN turn off the room lights, etc. When the lamp is positioned correctly the blue light will shine on a spot on the floor.
8. Go left and turn the room lights back on, then go right and click on the floor where the blue light was shining. You'll see a secret door. Open it and you'll see a box with a color coded letter key thingy. Remember those different colored letters you've been seeing everywhere? Put them on the box in the order indicated by their colors. Since I didn't explain that very well, how about just put in SSAW. Open the box and take the key.
9. Go back to the desk and use the key to open the top drawer. There is a box inside with a number pad on top. Go back to the blue box and look at the numbers on the top. Use the hint from the green book to pick four numbers from the array on the blue box. Or, if you're feeling lazy, just take my word for it and go back to the box in the drawer and enter "7389". Open the box and take the pliers.
10. Go to the window (hey, it stopped snowing!) and use the pliers on the latch. Something will fall onto the window sill. Pick it up - it's some sort of coin.
11. Go to the front door and remove the chain. Using the pliers, combine this chain with the one you found in the bottom drawer of the desk. Combine the combined chain to the one hanging from the ceiling, and a ladder will appear. Climb the ladder and use the coin to open the trap door and you're out.

Fourth ending - hmm, what if you pulled the chain all the way out of the ceiling and lit a fire in the fireplace? You can't get out using the ladder and you can't crawl out the chimney. You could always go out the still unlocked front door, but you've gone through so much already...

1. After you correctly put the letters in the box on the floor, you'll see that the blocks on the front of the fireplace mantle now have letters. "SSAW= ?" Change all of the "A's" that follow SSAW to read SEASON. You'll hear a click. You just locked the front door! Ha! First person in history to actually lock themselves in while trying to escape! But don't worry, you have a key. You may notice that when you leave the fireplace scene and go back, it now says "SEAZON", just another mystery to ponder.
2. Go to the front door and use the desk drawer key to unlock the door and you're out, once and for all.
